Once you have selected the ideal candidate, we will guide the partner through the vendor onboarding process. Helping them to prepare the right documents on time and managing their expectations.

After contract signature between the parties, we will support the initial field roll out period, ideally as a pilot phase for a selected region / team / product range. Helping the installation partner to understand and execute the business processes of the vendor, from scheduling logistics, activation procedures to billing.
We will ensure, that the start of collaboration is smooth, by aligning both parties on a joint project plan and managing the expectations.

Roll-Out
With the end of the pilot phase, the installation partner is ready to become fully operational. Taking on the role of hypercare, we will support the business expansion across the assigned region.
Supporting training and logistics procedures, monitoring activities and KPIs by project planning and making decisions regarding local procedures and requirements. Eventually ending with the transition to routine operations and the final hand over to the vendor’s operations team.
